Cancellations
We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact Balloon D’Or as soon as possible on 01706 582454 or email info@balloondor.co.uk.
Many of our balloon arrangements are personalised, made to order or prepared specifically to a customer’s requirements. Once personalisation or preparation of a bespoke order has begun, the order cannot normally be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described.
For non-personalised goods ordered online, your statutory cancellation rights will apply where applicable.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
Products made to your specification or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the standard cancellation right that applies to many online purchases.
This includes balloons and arrangements personalised with names, ages, messages, colours or other customer-selected specifications where the product has been made specifically for your order.
This does not affect your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty, Damaged or Missing Items
If an item supplied by Balloon D’Or is faulty, damaged or missing from your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please keep the product and, where possible, take photographs of any damage or fault so that we can investigate the problem.
We will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please collect your order at the agreed collection date and time. If you need to change your collection time, please contact us as early as possible.
